One of the inherent problems of disability claim adjudication

Let me just start this post by saying this: social security disability and SSI disability claim adjudication is not an objective process. It it was, you wouldn't see such remarkable differences in decisional outcomes for claims that are decided at DDS (disability determination services) and claims that are later decided at the hearing level.
