Cooperative Research

The national institutes of health has set up a network-consortium of universities, the purpose of which is to spur and accelerate the pace of medical research and development. The initial federal outlay is 100 million, but over five years twelve separate universities will be funded to the tune of 700 million, including Duke University (in my own home state).Return to the Social Security
