Social Security Privatization - they are at it again

I found an article on yahoo news (I won't link to it because, unfortunately, unlike BBC News articles, yahoo news articles expire after a certain point) that states that, according to the National Social Security Council of the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE, my wife's union), the white house is once again renewing attempts to privatize the social security system.According to
