Forest Development Ban Reinstated

On 9/20/06, a federal judge struck down Bush administration rules for developing nearly all roadless forest land (close to sixty million acres). This effectively reinstated the Clinton administration ban on logging and drilling activity in national forests. I was glad to hear it.
